Tour Itinerary

Arrival in Coorg, Golden Temple & Dubare Elephant Camp (Overnight journey from Coimbatore)

10:00 PM (Previous Night): Your Coorg adventure begins with an overnight journey from Coimbatore.

07:00 AM: Arrive in Kushalnagar, the gateway to Coorg. After breakfast, we visit the Namdroling Monastery, also known as the Golden Temple, a stunning Tibetan Buddhist monastery.

10:00 AM: Proceed to the Dubare Elephant Camp, located on the banks of the river Kaveri. Here you can watch elephants being bathed, fed, and trained by their mahouts.

01:00 PM: After lunch, we drive to Madikeri, the main town of Coorg. Check into your hotel and relax.

04:00 PM: Visit a coffee plantation for a guided tour to learn about the coffee-making process and enjoy the aromatic surroundings.

06:00 PM: Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

09:00 AM: After breakfast, check out from the hotel.

09:30 AM: We visit Talacauvery, the source of the river Kaveri, and a significant pilgrimage site.

11:30 AM: Proceed to Abbey Falls, a spectacular waterfall cascading down rocky slopes amidst lush greenery.

01:00 PM: After lunch, we visit Raja's Seat, a beautiful garden with a viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the valley, especially during sunset.

03:00 PM: We begin our journey back to Coimbatore, carrying with us the beautiful memories of Coorg.

10:00 PM: You will be dropped off at your location in Coimbatore.
