Arrival in Wayanad, Pookode Lake & Viewpoints (Overnight journey from Coimbatore)

10:00 PM (Previous Night): Your Wayanad exploration begins with an overnight journey from Coimbatore.

06:00 AM: Arrive in Wayanad, check into your hotel, and freshen up.

09:00 AM: After breakfast, we visit Pookode Lake, a beautiful freshwater lake nestled amidst evergreen forests. Enjoy a boat ride and visit the nearby freshwater aquarium.

11:30 AM: We then head to Lakkidi Viewpoint, which offers breathtaking views of the valley and the winding ghat roads.

01:00 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local Kerala cuisine.

02:30 PM: Visit the Chain Tree, a large Ficus tree with a fascinating local legend attached to it.

04:00 PM: Explore a spice plantation, where you can see a variety of spices like cardamom, pepper, and vanilla being grown.

06:00 PM: Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Edakkal Caves, Waterfalls & Return to Coimbatore

09:00 AM: After breakfast, check out from the hotel.

09:30 AM: We will trek to the historic Edakkal Caves, which contain ancient rock carvings dating back to the Neolithic era.

12:00 PM: Visit the magnificent Soochipara Waterfalls, a three-tiered waterfall surrounded by dense forest. You can take a dip in the cool waters.

02:00 PM: After lunch, we begin our journey back to Coimbatore.

08:00 PM: You will be dropped off at your location in Coimbatore, marking the end of a memorable trip.
